The starting point of our partnership is mapping your shipping profile. We will consider all modes of transportation (sea, air, road, etc.) and all your shipment types (documents, parcels, pallets, etc.). Besides that we take your additional requirements like pick-up/cut-off time, dangerous goods, high value, security and bonded goods into account.


In the next phase we will take all your shipping data, requirements and current costs and run this through our automated data analyses tool. The outcome is a shipping optimization proposal that shows how we could set up the ShipTimized control tower software, based upon your specific shipping characteristics. We will make use of our own carrier contracts, your contracts or a combination of both. When relevant we will source new carriers and negotiate new contracts.


You are now ready to get ShipTimized. In this phase we will conclude a contract followed by the implementation of ShipTimized control tower. We will set-up carriers and implement rates - as agreed in the optimization phase - followed by a user training. You will be connected to our customer service department.


The final phase is the execution phase with continuous focus on shipping optimization and simplifying your supply chain by actually utilizing the ShipTimized control tower. You can create and book your own shipments while ShipTimized will be your single point of contact for customer service, exception management, invoice control and claim handling. You will receive for example daily updates of all exceptions, their statuses and possible actions. We are your external transportation specialist available for all your questions related to transportation and supply chain.
